1. Definitions
In these Terms:
- Oneg, we, us, or our
- means the Oneg platform operated by SHABBAT EATS.
- User, customer, you, or your
- means any person who accesses Oneg or places an order through Oneg.
- Partner, store, vendor, or merchant
- means a third-party business that offers products or services through Oneg.
- Products
- means food, drinks, grocery items, Shabbat products, kiddush products, prepared meals, catering-related items, or any other items offered by Partners through Oneg.
- Order
- means a purchase request placed by a User through Oneg.
- Oneg Delivery
- means a delivery option coordinated by Oneg, including possible collection from one or more Partners and delivery to the customer in one combined delivery.
- Store Delivery
- means delivery performed or arranged directly by the Partner.
- Pickup
- means collection of the Order by the customer from the Partner location.
2. About Oneg
Oneg is a marketplace and technology platform that allows customers to discover Partners, compare offerings, filter products, place orders, pay online, and receive or collect products according to the delivery or pickup method available for each Order.
Oneg may provide technology, payment coordination, order management, customer support, delivery coordination, promotional tools, and other marketplace services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Products are prepared, packaged, described, priced, and supplied by the relevant Partner.
The commercial relationship for the purchase of Products may be between the customer and the relevant Partner, while Oneg acts as the platform, payment facilitator, coordinator, support layer, and/or delivery coordinator, depending on the Order and delivery method.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Oneg and place Orders. By using Oneg, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
If you use Oneg on behalf of another person, family, organization, synagogue, business, or event, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that you are responsible for the Order and payment.
4. User account
You may need to create an account to place Orders or access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, phone number, delivery address, payment details, and any other information required to process the Order.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must notify Oneg immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
Oneg may suspend, restrict, or close an account if we reasonably believe that the account is used for fraud, abuse, false Orders, chargeback abuse, harassment, security violations, unlawful activity, or conduct that harms Oneg, Partners, couriers, other Users, or the platform.
5. Orders and acceptance
When you place an Order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products from the relevant Partner or Partners through Oneg. An Order is not guaranteed until it is accepted, confirmed, and successfully paid according to the checkout flow.
Oneg and/or the relevant Partner may reject or cancel an Order if:
- the Product is unavailable;
- the Partner is closed or cannot prepare the Order;
- the delivery address is outside the available zone;
- the requested time slot is unavailable;
- payment fails or appears suspicious;
- the Order contains an obvious pricing or technical error;
- legal, operational, safety, weather, security, or force majeure reasons prevent fulfillment.
Product images are for illustration and presentation. Actual Products may differ slightly in appearance, portioning, packaging, or presentation, provided that the Product remains substantially consistent with its description.
6. Product information, allergens, ingredients, and kashrut
Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their menus, Product names, descriptions, prices, images, ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, kosher status, kashrut certificates, preparation methods, packaging, and availability.
Oneg may display Partner-provided information, including kashrut badges, certificates, allergen notes, store descriptions, and Product descriptions. Oneg does not independently guarantee the completeness or accuracy of that information unless expressly stated in writing.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical restrictions, religious requirements, kashrut requirements, or sensitivity to specific ingredients, you must carefully review the information displayed and contact support before ordering if the information is not clear. Oneg is not responsible for harm caused by a User ignoring displayed information or failing to verify critical dietary or religious requirements before placing an Order.
Partners remain responsible for complying with applicable food safety, hygiene, labeling, business licensing, kashrut, and consumer protection requirements.
7. Prices, fees, and taxes
Oneg displays prices, fees, and applicable charges during the ordering process. The total amount payable will be shown before payment confirmation.
The total may include:
- Product prices;
- delivery fees;
- service fees;
- small order fees;
- packaging fees;
- city or zone-based fees;
- promotional discounts;
- refunds or credits where applicable;
- VAT or other applicable taxes where required.
Prices and fees may vary by Partner, city, delivery method, pickup method, delivery zone, time slot, Product category, campaign, promotion, or operational cost.
Oneg may update prices, fees, and available delivery methods at any time. Such changes do not affect Orders already confirmed, except where correction is required due to a clear technical or pricing error.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. By placing an Order, you authorize Oneg and/or its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.
Oneg may collect payment on behalf of Partners and distribute amounts to Partners according to its internal payout arrangements. This does not make Oneg the manufacturer, cook, packager, or direct supplier of Products prepared by Partners.
Oneg does not intentionally store full card numbers where payment information is handled by a regulated third-party payment provider. Payment processing is subject to the provider's own security and processing rules.
If payment is refused, cancelled, reversed, charged back, or suspected of fraud, Oneg may cancel the Order, suspend the account, request additional verification, or take reasonable collection or legal steps.
9. Delivery methods
Oneg may offer one or more delivery or pickup methods depending on Partner, city, Product type, schedule, and operational availability.
9.1 Oneg Delivery
Oneg Delivery allows customers to receive Orders through delivery coordinated by Oneg. In some cases, this may include collection from one or more Partners and delivery to the customer in a single combined delivery.
Oneg Delivery is especially relevant for Shabbat and kiddush Orders where multiple Products may come from different Partners and need to arrive before Shabbat or before a scheduled event.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed. Traffic, weather, security conditions, Partner delays, address issues, customer availability, courier constraints, or other operational events may affect delivery.
You must provide a complete and accurate address, phone number, building instructions, entrance code, floor, apartment number, and any other information required for delivery. You must be reachable during the delivery window.
If delivery fails because the address is wrong, access is blocked, the recipient is absent, the phone number is unreachable, or the customer refuses the Order without valid legal reason, Oneg may treat the Order as delivered or cancelled without full refund, especially for prepared food or perishable Products.
9.2 Store Delivery
Store Delivery is delivery performed or arranged directly by the Partner. The Partner is responsible for the operational execution of Store Delivery, including timing, route, handling, and delivery conditions.
Oneg may assist with customer support and payment coordination, but the Partner remains responsible for Store Delivery unless Oneg expressly states otherwise.
9.3 Pickup
Pickup allows you to collect the Order from the Partner location or another location specified in the checkout flow or Order confirmation.
You are responsible for arriving during the stated pickup window and bringing any required Order confirmation. If you do not collect a prepared or perishable Order on time, you may not be entitled to a full refund.
10. Shabbat, kiddush, and scheduled Orders
Oneg may offer Products and delivery flows designed for Shabbat, kiddush, holidays, family meals, synagogue needs, and scheduled gatherings.
Because these Orders are often time-sensitive and may involve prepared food, multiple Partners, limited preparation windows, and delivery before Shabbat or a specific event, cancellation and refund rights may be more limited after the Partner starts preparation, sourcing, packaging, or coordination.
Users are responsible for checking order deadlines, delivery windows, pickup times, address accuracy, and availability before Shabbat or the relevant event.
11. Cancellations
Cancellation rights depend on the type of Product, timing, preparation status, delivery status, and applicable law.

- the Account Deletion and account tools where the request concerns account closure rather than a specific Order.
For online Orders, Oneg will provide a clear online method to contact support or request cancellation where required by law.
Oneg may accept cancellation before the Partner starts preparing, sourcing, packaging, or dispatching the Order. Once preparation has started, cancellation may be refused or may result in partial refund only.
For prepared food, perishable Products, custom Orders, Shabbat Orders, kiddush Orders, catering-related Orders, or Products with a short shelf life, cancellation may be restricted once the Order has been accepted or preparation has begun.
Where Israeli consumer protection law grants a cancellation right and permits a cancellation fee, Oneg may charge a cancellation fee up to the lower of 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS, unless the cancellation is due to defect, non-conformity, non-delivery, or another reason for which such fee is not permitted by law.
12. Refunds and credits
Oneg may provide a full refund, partial refund, credit, replacement, or other remedy depending on the issue and applicable law.
A refund may be appropriate where:
- the Order was not delivered due to Oneg or Partner fault;
- the wrong Product was delivered;
- a Product was materially defective;
- a Product was materially different from its description;
- a paid Product was missing;
- Oneg or the Partner cancelled the Order;
- applicable law requires a refund.
A refund may be refused or limited where:
- the customer provided an incorrect address;
- the customer was unreachable during delivery;
- the customer failed to collect a pickup Order;
- the Product was already prepared and is perishable;
- the complaint is made too late to verify the issue;
- the customer consumed the Product and cannot provide reasonable evidence of the issue;
- the issue was caused by customer misuse, storage, delay, or handling after receipt.
Oneg may request photos, video, Product packaging, Order number, delivery details, and a description of the issue before approving a refund.
Approved refunds will usually be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, and banking system.
Oneg may offer credits instead of refunds where allowed by law and accepted by the User. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and may expire according to the conditions displayed when issued.
13. Promotions, coupons, and credits
Oneg may offer promotions, discounts, coupons, referral benefits, delivery discounts, store-specific promotions, category promotions, city-specific promotions, or account credits.
Promotions may be limited by time, city, Partner, Product, category, delivery method, minimum order amount, User type, first order status, or other conditions displayed in the promotion.
Oneg may cancel, refuse, or reverse a promotion if there is fraud, abuse, duplicate accounts, technical error, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions and credits cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, combined with other promotions, or applied retroactively to past Orders.
14. Alcohol and restricted products
If Oneg or a Partner offers alcohol or other age-restricted Products, you must be legally permitted to purchase and receive them.
Oneg, the Partner, or the courier may require age verification or identification at delivery or pickup. Delivery or pickup may be refused if the recipient cannot prove legal age, appears intoxicated, or if delivering the Product would violate applicable law.
If delivery or pickup is refused because the customer does not meet legal requirements, Oneg may refuse a full refund where permitted by law, especially if the Product is perishable, prepared, or cannot be resold.
15. Customer conduct
You agree not to:
- place false, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious Orders;
- abuse refunds, coupons, credits, chargebacks, or promotions;
- create duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions;
- harass, threaten, insult, or abuse Partners, couriers, support agents, or other Users;
- use bots, scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access tools;
- interfere with the platform, security, payment systems, or operations;
- upload illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, misleading, or harmful content;
- use Oneg for unlawful purposes.
Oneg may suspend or terminate access, cancel Orders, remove content, refuse refunds, or take legal action where necessary.
16. Reviews, ratings, and user content
Oneg may allow Users to submit ratings, reviews, comments, photos, feedback, or other content.
By submitting content, you confirm that the content is truthful, based on your genuine experience, does not violate third-party rights, and does not contain unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, private, or misleading material.
You grant Oneg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, translate, adapt, and distribute the content for platform, moderation, quality, support, analytics, and promotional purposes.
Oneg may moderate, edit, anonymize, reject, or remove content at its discretion, especially if the content is abusive, fake, irrelevant, discriminatory, illegal, or harmful to Users, Partners, couriers, or the platform.
17. Partner responsibility
Partners are independent businesses. Partners are responsible for their Products, Product information, pricing, availability, preparation, packaging, quality, food safety, hygiene, kashrut claims, licenses, permits, business compliance, taxes, invoices where applicable, and Store Delivery where applicable.
Oneg may review, approve, suspend, remove, or restrict Partners, Products, listings, badges, stores, or delivery methods where needed for quality, safety, compliance, user protection, or platform integrity.
Oneg does not guarantee that every Partner will always be available, that every Product will be in stock, or that every displayed Product will be suitable for every dietary, religious, medical, or personal requirement.
18. Platform availability and technical issues
Oneg aims to provide a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access.
The platform may be unavailable or limited due to maintenance, updates, outages, cyber incidents, payment provider issues, hosting issues, third-party service failure, high demand, operational constraints, or force majeure.
Oneg may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features, pages, categories, Partners, delivery methods, or services at any time, subject to applicable law and confirmed Orders.
19. Privacy
Oneg processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, how it is shared, how long it may be retained, and what rights Users may have.

By using Oneg, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed for account management, ordering, payment, delivery, pickup, customer support, fraud prevention, safety, analytics, legal compliance, and service improvement.
20. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account through the account settings where available or through the Account Deletion page: /account-deletion.
Deleting your account does not automatically delete information that Oneg must retain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, chargeback, dispute, or regulatory reasons.
Oneg may retain limited records of past Orders, invoices, payments, refunds, support communications, and legal compliance data where required or permitted by law.
21. Marketing communications
Oneg may send transactional communications necessary for the service, including account messages, order confirmations, delivery updates, pickup instructions, payment notices, refund notices, security alerts, and support messages.
Oneg may send marketing communications only where permitted by law and according to the consent and unsubscribe mechanisms available to the User.
You may opt out of marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided in the message or by contacting support. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential transactional or legal communications.
22. Accessibility
Oneg aims to provide accessible digital services. Accessibility information and contact details are available at: /accessibility-statement.

23. Intellectual property
Oneg, its name, branding, logo, design, interface, software, text, graphics, icons, workflows, databases, and platform structure are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Oneg, SHABBAT EATS, or their licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Oneg without prior written permission.
Partner names, logos, Product images, and store materials may belong to the relevant Partners. Partners grant Oneg the right to display and use such materials for platform, ordering, marketing, and support purposes.
24. Third-party services
Oneg may rely on third-party services, including payment providers, mapping services, hosting providers, analytics providers, messaging services, delivery tools, fraud prevention tools, app stores, and customer support tools.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Oneg is not responsible for third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control, but Oneg will take reasonable steps to manage issues affecting confirmed Orders where required by law.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oneg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, reputational harm, or losses caused by third-party conduct.
Oneg is not responsible for Partner-provided information, Partner food preparation, Partner packaging, Partner kashrut claims, Partner allergen information, Store Delivery execution, customer address errors, customer unavailability, or customer misuse of Products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, bodily injury caused by legally attributable fault, or mandatory consumer rights.
26. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Oneg for losses, claims, costs, damages, fines, chargebacks, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, abusive Orders, violation of third-party rights, or incorrect information provided by you.
This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
27. Force majeure
Oneg is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including war, terrorism, civil unrest, security incidents, strikes, labor disputes, road closures, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, government action, internet outage, payment provider failure, hosting failure, cyberattack, supply shortage, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, Oneg may cancel, reschedule, refund, partially refund, or otherwise handle affected Orders according to the circumstances and applicable law.
28. Changes to these Terms
Oneg may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
If a change is material, Oneg may provide additional notice through the platform, email, app notification, or another reasonable method.
Your continued use of Oneg after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
29. Language
These Terms may be made available in English, Hebrew, French, or other languages. If there is a conflict between translated versions, the Hebrew version will prevail for services provided in Israel, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
30. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules and any jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes relating to these Terms or Oneg will be handled by the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
